The Founder's Story

The founder and creator of HOUSE OF AURA has always believed fragrance is more than scent—it is presence.

Born and raised in Maryland and shaped by the culture of the DMV, Jermaine developed a deep appreciation for fragrance during his high school years and discovered early that smelling different creates a different experience. Fragrance had the ability to shape conversation, influence perception, and leave a lasting impression long after the moment had passed.

From the late 1990s and early 2000s onward, Jermaine made it a personal standard to always feel confident, inviting, and remembered through fragrance. Over time, that philosophy evolved into something greater than a routine—it became a vision.

HOUSE OF AURA was born from that belief: that fragrance should not simply be worn, but experienced. Every creation is approached with intention and designed to invite feeling, memory, and connection.
