What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofaura.us and we will address it with urgency.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@houseofaura.us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will address it with urgency.
